Colleagues will work either in pairs or small groups to try out several yoga poses, but imagine if you opposite number is blindfolded.  This requires teamwork, communication, fun and often laughter in the process! Excellent as a team building activity and to improve co-operation between colleagues, engenders fun and bonding.

Conducted through partner based drills, small teams or as one unit. Participants can work on problem solving, developing relationships and honouring each other’s unique qualities and perspectives within the team. An ideal team building environment, all while working towards a common goal and all levels of fitness will be accounted for.

20-30 minute sessions aimed at countering the effects of long periods sat at a desk. The session incorporates stretches, breath work, mindfulness and relaxation techniques to give the spine, shoulders and hips a well deserved break from hunching over a laptop.

Additional Wellness Sessions
  • Building Strength & Candlelit Stretch: during your team away day why not incorporate 2 yoga sessions which require no prior knowledge of yoga. Your instructors will plan the first session to build strength through a slow beginner level flow that incorporates mobility and flexibility whilst building core and upper body strength. The second session will end the day with a lovely deep stretch for all areas of the body, calming the central nervous system and working toward total stillness of the mind.  
  • Burnout Restoration: this session prioritises slow movements for reducing anxiety, grounding energy and soothing the nervous system.
  • Total Body Reset: this practice will move through all the major muscle groups of your entire body, beginning with the toes and finishing with the neck.
  • Rebalance: a restorative class that focuses on slowing down and releasing tension while working the core to improve muscle definition and hone your balance.
