The Brief

An effective way to ensure your team are fully present is by offering them a rejuvenating meditation session as part of any event or conference.

Many of our emotional challenges are due to being taught socially from a very young age to suppress and numb our feelings, leaving us carrying a silo of emotions in our chest of un-reconciled and unexpressed emotions.

During this 10 – 30 minute session we focus on breath work to bring the mind back into sharper focus and calm the central nervous system; reducing any emotional build up or stress. Focusing on the breath can bring us back to a peaceful and calm state as well as gift us with insight and knowledge that was buried along with our feelings. 

Whilst experiencing the powerful physiological changes that occur during these exercises for the very first time, the wonderful part about this session is that all participants can apply these techniques during everyday life; at work, at home, and alleviate stress on a daily basis to help improve both mood and perspective.
