The Brief

In this busy, busy world it is important that we remember to take a break and focus on the internal dialogue. Mindfulness: “paying attention, in a particular way, in the present moment, without judgement”. The practical application of mindfulness helps many people to cope with and manage stress, and it stands to reason therefore that it should be a useful tool in the workplace.

This session is an introduction to practical mindfulness, and our wellness coach will not only provide explanations on resilience and stress, but also:

  • What typically causes stress
  • How to recognise the signs and symptoms
  • Explanation of mindfulness and how it can help alleviate stress
  • Practical application of mindful techniques, including positive mindset & perspective, breath work, and meditation

  • Seminar style group session
  • Can accommodate up to 30 people*
  • Meeting room and presentation facilities required
  • Timing: we recommend a full hour for this session, however the timing can be adjusted to suit your needs and availability.
  • Includes mindful breathing & meditation work
  • Slides will be made available to share with participants
