The Brief

This session is most popular with clients who are actively trying to reduce lower back pain issues that can result from long days spent sitting at a desk, as well as physical labour.

Effective warm ups are often bypassed in the gym and before physical exercise; people think that a few shoulder shrugs and side bends are enough to warm the muscles up and prepare their joints for intense weight bearing or cardio exercise, and unfortunately as a result this is can lead to injury.

Our dynamic warm up session is designed specifically with injury prevention in mind, and is an ideal kick start to a physically demanding workday. The session will be led by an experienced fitness instructor who will take your team through a simple routine that covers all necessary joint movements, various stretches and is suitable for everyone as modifications are always available.

The moves will be both demonstrated and explained throughout the session, so that all participants not only feel the benefit throughout the rest of their day, but also understand why they are doing it.
