Client Review: Yoga Break Out Session
The brief
A 40 minute yoga style break out session, finishing with a 10 minute guided meditation.
The aim is to provide the team with yoga postures and breath work that can be done at any time during the day, while working, so think ‘stress reducing desk yoga’ which will give everyone an understanding of stretches that can be done either standing or sitting.
Please note this can also be booked as a virtual break out session.
The result
Initial feedback was really positive; lots of comments about how much people enjoyed the stretching and lots more about the meditation at the end. There was a real hush in the room at the end which is a good sign that people were relaxed and in a quiet state!
Quite a few people who hadn’t expected to like it enjoyed the session, and they all found the meditation to be very relaxing, so please send our thanks to Delphine she did a really great job with such a large group.
